how do I book a room?

Rooms can be booked by clicking any of the ‘book now’ buttons on either the home or rooms page and completing an online application form, where you will need to specify the room type, tenancy length and payment option you want. At the end of the application form you will be asked to pay the £200 reservation fee to secure the room. If you require any assistance making a booking, please contact a member of the team at enquiries@191KR.comor 0118 9596417

can I move in early or check out late?

Our standard tenancies have fixed dates and cannot be changed. However, if you are looking to move in earlier or move out later it may be possible to book an additional short stay tenancy. Please contact our management team for more information.

what is your cancellation policy?

If you decide to leave the accommodation before your contract is up, we give you the option of finding another student to continue the contract, therefore releasing you from any obligations. If you have made an online application and paid the £200 reservation fee but not yet signed your contract, you can cancel your booking with us without further charge, however, please be aware the reservation fee is non-refundable.

what deposit is required?

A booking reservation fee of £200 is required to secure your room. The reservation fee payment is then deducted from your first term invoice.

do I need a guarantor?

If choosing to pay in termly instalments, a UK Guarantor is required. If choosing to pay in full, a Guarantor is not required. The Guarantor must be someone who is currently residing in the UK and has the ability to pay your rent, if you fail to do so. In order to be accepted they will need to provide proof of ID, proof of address and be willing to countersign the license agreement.

can we book as a group?

Yes, we actively encourage group bookings and if you book as a group of 4 or more, you each qualify for a £100 group booking discount! To book as a group, each member of the group will need to make an individual booking application by clicking the book now button and completing the online application form. Once complete, please contact a member of the team at enquiries@191KR.com or 0118 9596417 with the names of the members in your group, and we can allocate your rooms accordingly.
