CANCELLATION / NON-REFUNDABLE FEES – The Reservation Fee of £200 is non-refundable unless accommodation is over subscribed, at which point it shall be refunded to the applicant. Once the Reservation Fee has been paid your application will be confirmed. On signing your Tenancy Agreement you have entered into a legally binding contract, which does not make provision for early termination, and therefore you will be liable for the full rent under the Contract.

You are able to book rooms via the ‘Book Now’ via the main menu on the left hand side of the page or via the Rooms page. Alternatively, if you need more information, please contact our management team at enquiries@191KR.com and they can assist you in booking rooms.

Yes, please contact our management team on 0118 959 6417 or enquiries@191KR.com and they will be able to assist you in completing a group booking.

We only take a £200 reservation fee to secure the room. This is then deducted from the first term’s rental payment. There are no hidden deposits or fees.  

If you decide to leave the accommodation before your contract is up, we give you the option of finding another student to continue the contract, therefore releasing you from any obligations.

 All tenants paying in termly instalments need a UK based guarantor. The guarantor will need to understand their liability and agree to this responsibility.

Our standard tenancies have fixed dates and cannot be changed. However, if you are looking to move in earlier or move out later it may be possible to book an additional short stay tenancy. Please contact our management team for more information.
